There was an error in my order which was my fault, they reached out to clarify the issue, informed me how to do it properly next time and went ahead with production of my posters in a polite and professional manner. The quality of the print and colour as well as the packaging was very nice quality.

The customer service is great, with very quick and helpful responses. The website is occasionally confusing to use as I don't always want to go through the route if checking a quote when making a purchase. I would prefer to see a preview of the art work when uploaded and the minimum fee of €24.75 applied to each artwork and type of print which becomes very expensive. I think digital printing is a really good option for business owners but not for once of printing service for making a gift for a friend.
