I made a mistake with my order, totally my own fault, the final result wasn't as I expected. When I questioned it with the team at digital printing Ireland they clearly explained what I had done wrong. Then this happened.. they went and fixed the issue for me, reprinted the order, sent me a fixed version of my artwork so the same thing wouldn't happen again... and at not extra cost!! I was blown away by this - fantastic service!!
