High quality A-sized stickers from Digital Printing Ireland. For A-sized sticker printing we go from A7 right through to A3 (420mm x 297mm). Custom sizes are now availabe, you can choose your own size during the quote process. We print all our A–sized stickers on quality white 170gsm silk or gloss permanent adhesive, Kraft Adhesive, Laid 'Chill Grade' or if you need custom printed stickers for outdoor use then choose Marine Grade waterproof adhesive.

Please note: all of our A-sized printed stickers are paper with permanent adhesive or Marine Grade Teslin® stickers with waterproof permanent adhesive. You should determine, prior to purchase, the suitability of this material for your specific use. Please contact our team if you require a test sample.

Paper Options

Our Marine Grade Stickers are Matt White (IDP) PE (Teslin®) (Uncoated, filled polyolefin film)

A truly unique material that looks, prints and fabricates like uncoated paper, but is durable like plastic film. The microporous structure makes the product absorptive yet water resistant, soft but strong, highly printable and durable.

Material is waterproof, durable (chemical and abrasion resistant) conformable and offers a long-life alternative to paper labels. It is steam sterilisable

Complies with BS5609 part 2 - hazardous goods labelling - resistance to sea water.

Minimum application temperature: 0°C

Temperature range -30°C to +70°C

Tack and final adhesion: Very high

Excellent for use on critical surfaces - the adhesive is highly water resistant and is suitable for labelling cold and humid surfaces. Excellent for applications where durability and water resistance is required.

Q. Are the stickers and labels water-resistant?
A. Only the A-sized stickers are available on the marine grade adhesive which is water-resistant, and you must select Waterproof Adhesive as your paper type when ordering.

Q. What are Marine-Grade stickers?
A. Our Marine Grade Stickers are Matt White (IDP) PE (Teslin®) (Uncoated, filled polyolefin film). A unique material that looks, prints and fabricates like paper but is durable like plastic film. The microporous structure makes the product absorptive yet water-resistant, soft and pliable but strong, highly printable and durable. The porous, uncoated nature of the sheet allows inks and toners to form strong bonds with the substrate. The material is waterproof, durable (chemical and abrasion-resistant), conformable, steam sterilisable and offers a long-life alternative to paper labels.

Q. Do I need to apply bleed, crops, and safe area?
A. Yes. We ask that all of our customers provide a 3mm bleed with 5mm safe area to their artwork before uploading it to us.

Q. How do I supply my artwork?
A. Please supply your artwork to us as one Print Ready PDF.

Q. What is the smallest sticker you can print?
A. Our smallest stickers start from 19mm.

Q. What is the largest sticker you can print?
A. The largest sticker that we can print is A3, that’s 420mm x 297mm.

Q. Do you supply stickers and labels on rolls or sheets?
A. all of our round, square and rectangle stickers are printed on white 120gsm gloss paper adhesive sheets. We print all our A–sized stickers on quality white 170gsm silk or gloss permanent adhesive. The number of stickers per sheets depends on the size of the sticker. Size 37mm, for example, has 70 stickers per sheet but size 88mm has 12 stickers per sheet.

Q. Can I use these labels for food packaging or craft beer bottle branding?
A. Yes. In fact, our labels are a perfect branding tool to ensure that you are reaching your target audience in an aesthetically pleasing, but cost-effective way.

Q. What size should the font be to ensure legibility?
A. Your text should be a minimum of 7pts to ensure that when your work is printed it still looks legible.
