Digital Printing's Delivery and Turnaround Information

We understand that however perfect our print, it means nothing if your order doesn't reach you when you need it. We print nearly all orders within 24 hours and less than 5 hours for express production orders. During the order process, just pick the production speed and the delivery option that suits you best so your printing is ‘there when you need it’.

When it comes to deliveries, we make sure you have as wide a choice as possible. If speed is of the essence why not try our standard next-day courier service which is delivered the next day before 5:30pm. Alternatively, if you're not in a hurry why not utilise our economy courier with delivery in 48 hours from despatch and save on cost.

We believe that everyone in Ireland deserves the chance to have top-of-the-range digital print products delivered straight to their front door, so we have partnered with Ireland's largest courier company, to ensure reliable, efficient, and fully trackable delivery of your digital print items. 

Standard job turnaround and despatch is 24 hours or less from receipt of order. When ordering between Monday – Thursday, you can place your order before 6pm for next-day despatch, or order before 6pm on Saturday for Monday despatch!

Same Day / Express Production Terms - A surcharge of €20.63 or 20% (whichever the greater) of the total job price will be added to same day / express production orders. This charge is for express production only and fast tracks the production of your order, it is not linked to any express delivery or guarantee any delivery date, you will still choose your estimated delivery date during checkout.

Products that take longer to finish or are ordered in large quantities will not be available for the same day / express production; you will be advised during the order process if the option is not available and the maximum quantity available to order will be shown to you.

Economy tracked courier
Anytime between 9am and 5:30pm – FREE for orders over €110 (€6.93 for orders less than €110) 
You can also choose a delivery day that suits you up to a week in advance from a drop-down menu at checkout.

Standard tracked courier
Anytime between 9am and 5:30pm - €8.09

Express Same Day Production terms
A surcharge of €34.38 or 20% (whichever the greater) of the total job price will be charged on express production orders for priority production.
Products that take longer to finish or are ordered in large quantities may not be available for express production. You will be advised during the quote process if your order does not qualify, e.g. PUR Perfect Bound Books and Luxury Business Cards are not available for express production. To avail of express production, you must upload your artwork via the artwork upload option whilst placing your order or you will not be offered express production/delivery at checkout.
All express production orders placed before the deadline will be despatched the same day.

Please note that ALL despatch dates, delivery dates and times shown above and given at the checkout are estimates and not guaranteed. Over 98.2% of orders are despatched on time and our couriers have an on-time delivery success rate of over 96.8%, so it is very unlikely that there will be any delay. Deliveries in Ireland require a contact telephone number for courier use which you are required to enter during checkout. This should be your number, not your client's number. To ensure there are no delays to your delivery you must always provide the EIRCODE for the order delivery address. If you do not provide the correct EIRCODE your delivery will be delayed. See our terms section 5 for more info.

*Normal working, courier, and delivery days are Monday to Friday (excluding public holidays). Some larger orders or those that require extra finishing may take longer than 24 hours to despatch but if this is the case we will let you know. Same Day Despatch cut-off time may be amended or suspended during peak periods.

Courier delivery charges vary depending on the physical size, weight, and the number of parcels. The prices above are for up to 20 kilograms in one parcel within the size limitations set by the courier company. Orders over 20 kilograms or larger items may incur further delivery charges per each extra 20 kilograms or parcel or an oversized excess charge. All prices quoted do not include VAT, if applicable.

Deliveries to offshore UK islands (e.g. Jersey, Guernsey & Gibraltar) – Timed deliveries or Saturday deliveries are not available. There is a minimum 150% surcharge on prices shown at checkout for tracked couriers. For items under 2kg Royal Mail first class post is available for the same price as shown at checkout. Heavier or bulkier items may carry a higher surcharge so please contact us before ordering for an accurate delivery price. Delivery dates and costs are always approximate for offshore island deliveries and may take 1-2 days longer than the estimated delivery date. We reserve the right to contact you for extra payment should shipping costs be higher than our website estimated.

Keeping in contact

You will be given an estimated delivery date before you complete your order when you choose your delivery option at the checkout stage, the options will all be displayed and you can select the one that suits you best.

It couldn't be easier to follow the progress of your order, we’ll email you confirming your order has been despatched. This email will have your job’s tracking number and information on how to track it. We use DPD for all deliveries in Ireland.
