I needed a comic project printed so I went to DPI. I received some beautifully done copies of my work, with glossy paper and the lot. They were also received positively by the people I delivered some to. With future purchases of saddle-stitched books (the type with the staples in the spine), I'd like to see a bit more burnishing/flattening around the spine post-production, so that the book doesn't flop open when picked up, and that there's less of a 'gap' around the middle pages when viewed from the top and bottom. Maybe that's a particular quirk when picking DPI's default/lowest-cost options.
