I purchased school yearbooks from this company. The artwork was compiled by two volunteer mothers so we were a little nervous about uploading it to an unknown company online. As it happens they were extremely helpful and the process was very straightforward. They scaled our artwork to fit properly, they were cheaper than other walk in printers, booklets arrived within two days and the quality was excellent. Highly recommended

I was a bit reluctant to use an unknown printer for the first time. I was having a school yearbook printed, normally would head to the local printer to have printed, but he has now retired so time to look at others. Digitalprintingireland came up as google ad and I decided to take a chance. They were so helpful, they rescaled my artwork to properly fit, they sorted out minor problems at the drop of a hat. My order arrived two days after ordering. They were Cheaper than others I priced, and the quality was excellent. I am so happy I took a chance on them.

After 6 months of hard work designing a publication I was given less than a week to get a print run of 500 copies. Digital Printing Ireland turned it around in a couple of days without even blinking. I had a minor issue with 2 proofs over the previous weeks but I had addressed these with the team and they watched over the final print run which was produced flawlessly. This was a lot of pressure for me as the project would be seen by thousands of potential clients. If I were to dig for any criticism it would be to say I would prefer the customer service email goes to a specific person rather than a group as I like to know who I'm dealing with, but I'm really scraping the barrel with that one. Overall the service, turnaround time, value for money and especially the quality are well worth giving DPI a try, I highly recommend them and plan to be a long term customer myself.

Overall, I was quite happy with the quality and the response speed. The brochure was printed out and delivered shortly after I placed an order. However, I was not quite happy with the fact that nobody actually did the pre-press pdf proof for me though I submitted the document and asked if the pdf looked fine. So the brochure had a white margin on the top and the bottom, though it didn't look bad.
