The customer service is very good, I order regularly from them, the quality of prints is not super good in terms of colors, but they work very clean and organized, which is very important to me. Ordering is very easy from their website. My last order had some problems with the colors, they were very Kind and re-done my order without any fee and with better quality.

I recently ordered one of the PVC banners and one of the team ( Philip ) reached out to me to confirm the sizing of my uploaded artwork etc and confirmed that the end product would be as I had expected. Digital Printing Ireland provide a fantastic service. It is very rare but when I have had a printing error the customer service has been fantastic and the error has been rectified promptly.
