It was the first time ordering through the website and I have to say that I was amazed about how easy the process was to order the perfect cards. Dear customer service In the main I found the experience of ordering very good. Well done on that. Just two things. There was no opportunity in the ordering process to state that I wanted to put a logo on the reverse of the greeting cards. Not sure how your designers assume I wanted this. Also, after putting through and finalizing my second order and having paid and all I still received emails about not having saved the quote?? Not sure what that is about. Another small thing is that would like to have ordered greeting cards the same size as a standard 5x7” photo. That was not an option. Hope this feedback is helpful. Digital printing Ireland have brilliant customer service, great to know someone is there to help if needed when ordering from the website, can be a bit confusing with multiple orders but if any questions need to be asked they are answered quickly, thank you Rob.
