You were once great. My latest order is now the second one that was not printed properly. The first time I understood it. But the second time I have to let you know that your service became of low quality recently. I do hope this review is being read and actioned by you. I will remain a customer just because your customer support makes the impression that they care. UPDATE Changed the 1 star to 5 stars. Reason: After talking to their customer service, they’ve sent another print of my order and the issues was sorted.
