I got the perfect bound book. The template was very helpful and easy to use. The printer was able to send me a proof of the book which I could check before printing. The book was delivered very quickly. I had a lot of photos in the book and the quality of the photos was so good, the colours were perfect. Happy with the price as well

The customer service is great, with very quick and helpful responses. The website is occasionally confusing to use as I don't always want to go through the route if checking a quote when making a purchase. I would prefer to see a preview of the art work when uploaded and the minimum fee of €24.75 applied to each artwork and type of print which becomes very expensive. I think digital printing is a really good option for business owners but not for once of printing service for making a gift for a friend.

the quality is excellent, as well as the delivery and the service. I have ordered a magazine for the first time, I would only expect that you could have a paper less than 300gsm for inside.
