Had mass booklets printed for our wedding and after initially thinking it was too good to be true after how easy the website is to use and the fact they said they would be with us in just 2 days we were delighted when they did arrive right on time and the quality was perfect! For typical customers the service is good, for what it is. Fast, dependable and the type of quality you'd expect from digital printing services. They could improve. It amazes me how few printing services provide colour profiles and information about their final colour space. 90% of customers won't even know what these are, but the types of customers that do know would be the kind that will keep coming back and spending money. A simple paragraph or two about their output and profiles that could be downloaded for each paper type. Not difficult, but would make a huge difference to getting a client's colour palette just right. Add that feature and next time I'll give you 5 stars. :-)

Great quality and so easy to use. My only negative was that I didn’t read the order confirmation correctly so never looked for the proof reading email (which ended up in my junk mail :( and so my delivery was delayed) Will use this service again.
