Just one point docked because every time I used the website to order the checkout process has a number of bugs which made it difficult to place the order. Overall, I was quite happy with the quality and the response speed. The brochure was printed out and delivered shortly after I placed an order. However, I was not quite happy with the fact that nobody actually did the pre-press pdf proof for me though I submitted the document and asked if the pdf looked fine. So the brochure had a white margin on the top and the bottom, though it didn't look bad.
